SoloVPE Fibrettes guide light through the sample for variable pathlength measurements. These consumable items support UV-Vis measurements for wavelengths between 190 nm and 1100 nm. Designed and manufactured with precision specifically for the patented SoloVPE variable pathlength system, fibrettes make it easy to avoid cross-contamination while ensuring cleanliness and accurate results when treated as single-use disposables.
Single-use plastic sample vessels, also called cuvettes, specifically designed for variable pathlength measurements. These disposable sample vessels support UV-Vis measurements for wavelengths between 220 nm and 800 nm and pathlengths up to 5 mm. Packaged and sold in convenient plastic trays, these single-use disposables help streamline the flow of samples across the SoloVPE System allowing analysts to get accurate results quickly with minimal effort and little or no cleanup.
Manufactured from pure fused silica these reusable sample vessels, also known as cuvettes, have been designed to work specifically with variable pathlength systems. They are compatible with a wide range of samples and support UV-Vis measurements from 190 nm to 1100 nm. They come in three sizes—large, small, and micro—to support measurements of different concentrations, volumes, and pathlength ranges.
Sample vessel holders are designed to work specifically with the VPT devices. Two sizes are available—large and small—and each will work with the corresponding sample vessel sizes. Each system comes with both sizes, but extras are essential for labs that see higher measurement activity. Made from anodized aluminum and knurled for easy gripping, sample vessel holders are an essential component.
Simplify Fibrette management with these convenient and refillable dispensers. Easily select single Fibrette, visually monitor available stock through the transparent walls, and quickly refill from Fibrette 50 Packs. In labs where the SoloVPE System supports multiple users, it is beneficial for each analyst to have his or her own dispenser and Fibrette stock.
The ConfiRM line of Slope Reference Materials (mRM™) are the first ever certified reference standards developed specifically for variable pathlength devices. Stop relying on absorbance-based CRMs or ill-suited concentration-based standards such as BSA. ConfiRM standards provide NIST traceable, certified slope values that can be used to verify system health, system suitability, and performance. Certified, stable, and tightly tolerant, these caffeine-based standards are available in convenient 10 packs of single-use ampules with an 18-month shelf life. The distinctive spectrum and multiple certified values make it ideal for supporting system validation, suitability testing, and routine system checks. CHEM013 is the same standard used by the Repligen Analytics Specialist when performing IQOQ and Preventative Maintenance services. It can be easily incorporated into routine daily, weekly, and monthly verifications.

FlowVPX Flow Cells are designed to work with the FlowVPX variable pathlength system and with GMP compliance in mind. The 3 mm Flow Cell can be used for smaller volumes and more
moderately scaled (Product Development) process installations and comes with standard tri-clamp connections.

FlowVPE Flow Fibrettes are designed to work with the FlowVPE variable pathlength system. Flow Fibrettes come in two sizes, 3 mm and 10 mm, and must be matched with the same size Flow Cell. The 3 mm Flow Cell is most frequently used for laboratory work. The 10 mm Flow Cell can be used for higher volumes and more moderately scaled (pilot) process installations. The 10 mm Flow Cell can also be used with the FlowVPE vessel holder accessory to make measurements in the standard SoloVPE large silica vessel.
The FlowVPE vessel holder accessory enables measurements of individual samples held in the standard SoloVPE large vessel. This holder accessory connects to the FlowVPE Head to properly position the sample vessel for measurement.
